Hi

Thank you for connecting.

We need your help today.

In January 2025, 32,495 veterans were counted as experiencing homelessness across the United States. 1.4 million veterans experienced food insecurity each year on average during 2015–2020.

These are the men and women who have put their lives on the line to protect our freedom. They stood up for our country when we needed them. Now, it's our turn to stand up for them. We must ensure our veterans get the housing, food and support they deserve.

On July 4, 2025, President Donald Trump signed congressional Republicans’ One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) into law—enacting the largest-ever cuts to basic needs programs in U.S. history.

In just over a year, 5 million families, including 1.5 million children, have lost their food assistance benefits. These families were already struggling with the rising cost of living. Now, they face the additional burden of finding significantly more money to put food on the table for their children.

Together, we can make a difference. Together, we must act. Our veterans deserve our support, and struggling families and children deserve the chance to live without hunger and insecurity.

We need your help to provide homes for those in need, support food banks and help families access the food assistance they depend on.

Join Perpetual Impact today. Donate or invest and help us build a lasting legacy of support — for our veterans, for our families, and for every child who deserves a safe home and food on the table.

What makes our program particularly exciting is its ability to provide transitional housing + food assistance + SNAP support on a perpetual basis.

We acquire Chicago 3-flats, convert them into 12-bed transitional housing and lease the entire property to a nonprofit under an NNN master lease. They handle tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, utilities, minor maintenance and day-to-day management. We own the real estate.

We allocate 50% of net profit to provide food assistance directly to families that need it most, while also providing SNAP application, renewal and benefits-access support, to help families access the benefits for which they may be eligible.

Finally, because the transitional housing real estate continues to generate income over an extended period, new funds continue to be generated to support food assistance and SNAP support.

One investment creates an income-producing asset. The asset creates the impact. And the impact is designed to continue for 25 to 30 years..

We’re currently introducing the model to a small number of investors and philanthropists. If you’d like to learn more about this, say “YES” and I will send you the full details.
